You should be able to achieve several times higher results than competent people think possible, in half of the time they usually do.
You should expect very intense, motivated and talented co-workers. You must be willing to relocate to San Francisco and work in person – we will help covering the moving costs.
As a Founding Sales, you will help build Replai’s GTM for scale. You will have high customer contact. You will have a real impact on our pipeline, deal-flow, NRR and revenue growth. You need to build strong rapport at a high senior levels and understand exactly how we can maximize value-add to each customer at each step of the sales process. You will touch on all stages of the customer journey.
The ideal person has a track record of top performance and can prioritise their tasks based on well defined goals. Furthermore, they have excellent communication and organizational skills to handle a high volume of activity.
Your responsibilities:
- Execute from the beginning throughout the end of the sales funnel: from demand generation to closing and growth.
- Participate in the building of Replai’s GTM at scale while executing operational work and learning on the fly.
- Constantly over-communicate with the team on the main priorities for growing the value added to your customers.
